At Leads3, Ryan brings a no-fluff, performance-driven mindset shaped by real-world experience. From managing millions in paid leads, to overseeing growth in high-pressure markets, Ryan has coached sales teams to stop guessing and start forecasting. Brantley Smith is a technology executive and growth architect with deep experience scaling digital-first brands across home services, franchise systems, and multi-location platforms. Over the past 20 years, he has led high-impact initiatives in RevOps, AI automation, and demand generation, always with a bias toward execution and measurable results.
At Leads3, Brantley is building the infrastructure behind the platform’s decentralized marketplace, combining blockchain-backed transparency with performance-based systems. He’s the founder of multiple ventures, including HomePro Marketing which was acquired by a national services group, and he continues to advise on innovation and tech-driven growth.
